About the Role

We have a new opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing great customer service to join the Housing Customer Services Team as a Neighbourhood Management Assistant. This role is broad and challenging, completing tasks that support all of our Housing team, and being the first point of contact for our tenants on the phone and on reception at Tolven Court.



The role provides support across, neighbourhood safety, lettings, safeguarding, money solutions and housing management. No two days are the same!


Permanent role; 35 hours each week between 9am and 5pm each day, working from our
office at Tolven Court.

About You

If you are ready to take your first step into supportive housing management, then our Neighbourhood Management Assistant role may be the new challenge for you. You might also be a seasoned housing professional who is passionate about customer service and delivering for tenants in our communities. We are looking for someone who shares our values, demonstrates excellent customer service, has great communication skills and wants to be part of a hard-working team. Knowledge of benefits and housing support systems would be an advantage; however, full training will be provided.
