You will be part of a dynamic Development Team focused on delivering the organisation’s ambition to be an exceptional builder of affordable homes and a caring landlord. Working across Cardiff and the surrounding areas you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality homes are delivered by building strong, positive relationships with contractors, statutory partners, consultants, and internal colleagues.
You will:
- Work with the developers, contractors and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the construction of our new homes meets our tenants’ requirements and our standards.
- Bring a clear understanding of what a well‑run, safe, and compliant construction project looks like, championing best practice on site and supporting the smooth delivery of each scheme.
- Provide excellent customer care to our tenants, ensuring their needs and experiences remain at the heart of every project.
About You
You will contribute to CCHA’s organisational objectives of being an exceptional builder of affordable homes and a caring landlord. Occupying a pivotal role within the Development Team, you live by the values of CCHA. Supporting the Technical and Quality Manager to help set the standards for the quality of new homes.
