About the Role
This role is to bolster our Major Works Team and is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to the way we shape and deliver our services. Alongside all plastering and rendering duties, the successful candidate will be competent in other trade disciplines, such as carpentry, vinyl flooring, plumbing, and bathroom installations, to fulfil the requirements of this multi‑skilled role. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and a right-first-time approach to maintenance whilst working collaboratively across CCHA. The role is permanent, working 40 hours per week. We provide an out-of-hours service on a rota basis.
About You
With a strong desire to further improve our service delivery, we are looking for an outstanding Multi-Skilled Plasterer, who has genuine passion for repairs maintenance and improvements. Someone who has demonstrable experience for delivering a quality customer-focused service.
