About the Role
Together with our Partners: Cadwyn, Hafod, United Welsh, Linc Cymru, Wales & West Housing, Taff Housing, Welsh Government, and Principality Building Society, CCHA provide paid work placements across a variety of departments. Each placement is for 21 hours per week, and lasts for 16 weeks. Not only will this offer you on-the-job experience, you will also be paid the Real Living Wage (£13.45 per hour) and receive bespoke mentoring to support you during your placement and the next steps in your career.
About You
To be eligible for a placement, you must:
- Be unemployed
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Currently live in South Wales
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Identify as having an ethnically diverse background
