We are looking to appoint two Recreation Attendants – Level 1 – to support the Llantrisant Leisure Centre. One post is 21 hours and 15 minutes per week, and the other is 15 hours and 45 minutes per week. These positions are advertised as permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the provision of a wide range of leisure activities for the general public.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors.
  • Ensure activities are prepared and maintained to the highest standard of readiness and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to the safe operating procedures of the centre.
  • Provide pool supervision.
  • Safely set up and take down equipment within a busy environment.
  • Support the Council’s safeguarding responsibility, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
