Cardiff Capital is seeking a National Children’s Contract Monitoring Officer to monitor services available on existing All Wales Frameworks.

The role includes working closely with local authorities and independent providers to ensure quality care standards improve for vulnerable children looked after.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiations, managing challenging situations, and stakeholder engagement.

Welsh language skills and experience working with children are desirable.
