There are casual positions available to provide an excellent customer focused reception and booking service to the Centre and Arts Service customers.

The Arts Service is looking for confident and welcoming individuals for a Casual Reception Coordinator role at Gartholwg Lifelong Learning Centre in Church Village.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring efficient operation of reception duties; taking payments, issuing receipts and checking cash balances.
  • Operating computerised management information systems.
  • Dealing with telephone calls and general enquiries.
  • Assisting with the promotion of the Centre.
Work Hours

Requirement to work daytime, evenings and occasional weekends.
