The Arts Service is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Casual Duty Manager for Gartholwg Lifelong Learning Centre in Church Village. The role involves welcoming visitors and supporting the Centre Manager and Front of House Manager in running programmes, ensuring a high level of customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Manager in Charge of the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.
- Secure stock and money at the end of each shift.
- Support day‑to‑day enquiries, including Pro‑Venue.
- Work daytime, evenings and occasional weekend hours.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency is essential.
- Ability to converse and greet customers in Welsh is essential for this post.

Protecting children and vulnerable adults is a core responsibility of all staff. The successful applicant will also be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
