Based at Valleys Innovation Centre, Abercynon

We are seeking to recruit highly successful school leaders and school improvement professionals to join our enthusiastic and committed team of Improvement Partners. Applications from those able to work through the medium of Welsh are also invited.

We are seeking Improvement Partners who can support Primary Schools. As a School Improvement Officer you will play a crucial part in contributing to the achievement of national and regional priorities in education. You will be supported in your personal development and will have access to opportunities within and beyond the region to enhance your professional practice.

PROTECTING CHILDREN AND ADULTS AT RISK IS A CORE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CENTRAL SOUTH CONSORTIUM AND THE COUNCIL.

In addition to this safeguarding responsibility, the successful applicant for the role will also be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
