Commercial Data Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy Commercial team, supporting the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of future service changes, and helping to develop our systems.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Export, analyse and maintain data to monitor operational performance
- Review performance, improve timetables and amend scheduling data accordingly
- Work closely with other colleagues & departments to supply relevant outputs & information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the accessibility of our services & information
- Produce accurate timetable, fare, service and associated information
Essential Attributes & Qualities:
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Able to analyse performance data
- Able to ensure accuracy of scheduling data
- Strong attention to detail, mathematical ability & problem solving skills
- Reliable performer, able to work on dynamic projects within a team environment
- Organised & able to meet deadlines, with a flexible & adaptable approach
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in the transport sector
- Experience with planning/scheduling (or similar) specialist systems
- Experience of the bus & road network in Cardiff
