Healthcare Support Workers / Decontamination Technicians in Yeovil

Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a Healthcare Support Workers/Decontamination Technicians to join our Endoscopy team in our brand new Community Diagnostic Centre in Yeovil. You will deliver an Endoscopy service to the highest standard, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients. Full Time / 37.5 hour contract / 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week / Flexibility through Monday - Sunday.

What you'll do:

• Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times.
• Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff.
• Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors.
• Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse.
• Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for InHealth and deliver highest standard of care accordingly.
• InHealth is expanding our team and were looking for Healthcare Support Workers / Decontamination Technicians to join our Endoscopy team at our brand-new Community Diagnostic Centre in Yeovil.
• Welcome patients professionally & act as their advocate.
• Clean, monitor & tidy equipment; report issues to senior staff.
• Record & share relevant patient info/observations.
• Deliver patient care as per Senior Nurses care plan.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, relatives & team.
