Acorns Children's Hospice in Worcester is seeking a Community Partnership Worker to develop a peer support programme and a youth leadership initiative, with the aim of increasing grief literacy.

You will map community assets, create resources for young people, facilitate workshops, identify funding opportunities, and build strong relationships across our communities. This is a 30-hour per week role, based at Three Counties Hospice, salary Β£27,000–£27,540 per annum (FTE).
