Governance & Service Coordinator in Wolverhampton

In this meaningful and varied role, you will help keep community service governance, assurance and administration processes running smoothly. You will coordinate meetings, maintain action logs and trackers, support audit and quality activity, and ensure key information is accurate, organised and available when needed. You will support the Community Head of Service, coordinate meetings, collect and prepare reports whilst always communicating professionally with staff, managers, volunteers and external stakeholders using tact and discretion.

You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. You will be comfortable prioritising deadlines, using systems accurately and building positive working relationships across teams and can work independently. You will need to have good organisational and administrative skills, including being able to use MS Office applications to support your work. You will understand governance, quality and incident reporting, or willing to develop this knowledge.
