- Applicants for the Head Chef position should be highly skilled in culinary arts with experience in leading a team. A passion for cooking and creativity are essential, along with the ability to mentor and inspire colleagues. Knowledge of creating nutritious meals using fresh ingredients is important, alongside an understanding of high-level hospitality.
