We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head & Neck Surgeon to join a team of 7 Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in East Kent.
The unit is expanding to meet the needs of the local population and is part of a larger trust undergoing redevelopment, including a newly built 24‑bed ICU and a trauma centre.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality maxillofacial surgical patient services, including elective and emergency, outpatient, day‑case and inpatient management.
- Prioritise patient lists for outpatient appointments and admissions in accordance with nationally defined targets.
Qualifications
- Full GMC registration
- Full GDC registration
- Holds CCT or specialist registration, or will obtain within 6 months of interview
- Trained in all aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Evidence of audit and service improvement
- Vigilant about safety
- Reassuringly professional, listen and clearly communicate
