Pilgrims Hospices is seeking an experienced Clinical Skills Facilitator to enhance patient care by developing the clinical competence, confidence and capability of staff across our hospice services.
The post holder will design, deliver and evaluate education, training and competency programmes, working with the Clinical Quality and Education Lead and spending time alongside clinical teams to coach, assess competency and support practice development.
