You'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, defect response, and emergency repairs across a wide range of hospital systems and infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform electrical maintenance and repair in compliance with BS7671 and NHS HTM standards.
- Support multi-trade maintenance tasks including minor improvements and capital works.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota to respond to urgent maintenance issues.
- Carry out inspections and commissioning tests, providing a reliable audit trail.
- Operate the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and control energy usage and equipment.
- Liaise with contractors, manage safety risks, and ensure statutory compliance across all tasks.
