Are you organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? As an Administrator at Sedgemoor Care Home, you'll play an important role behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, organisation and people skills will make a real difference every day, helping create a well-run, welcoming environment for residents, their families and the team. While you won't be providing direct care, your organisation and attention to detail will make a real difference.
The role offers up to £13.02 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, career development and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discount package, and a company pension scheme.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
- Admin experience, ideally in health or social care
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Availability to work 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Your role:
- Answer calls, take messages, and warmly welcome visitors
- Maintain diaries and schedule appointments
- Communicate with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals
- Keep files up to date and support audits
- Attend meetings and take minutes to support team development
