The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist to lead the Later Life & Memory Service at The Beckett Unit, Warrington. You will provide clinical care to older adults with cognitive impairment and collaborate with a wide range of professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
You will act as Responsible Clinician, leading assessments, formulations and treatment plans within an integrated MDT, and develop pathways between primary and secondary care.
