The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is recruiting a Catering Supervisor for Hillingdon Hospital to support the retail, Housekeeping and patient meal service team. You will work with catering management to plan, organise, co‑ordinate and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives.
Rolling roster 5 over 7 days, with various late and early shifts. Successful candidates will ensure hygiene records, stock control and safe service to patients, staff and visitors while maintaining high standards.
