Join our established Community Dietetic Team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across Wiltshire and Swindon. Every day, you'll help individuals achieve better health outcomes, maintain independence, and improve their quality of life through expert nutritional support in a variety of community settings.

As a Community Dietitian, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic assessment, treatment and management to patients across a range of community environments. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will deliver personalised nutritional care to individuals with diverse clinical needs while contributing to innovative and responsive community services.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills across a varied caseload while making a
meaningful impact on patients' lives outside of traditional hospital settings.
