About the Role This is a casual, part‑time Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) role at a Barchester care home.
You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, create a safe and supportive environment, and use your professional judgement for critical clinical decisions.
Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored care plans.
Provide medication safely.
Perform risk assessments and maintain detailed documentation.
Make critical clinical decisions and support residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Deliver excellent care across all responsibilities.
Qualifications Current NMC registration.
Knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices.
Experience in producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Do Ls/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
