You will lead medicines management, support the Lead Pharmacist, and provide paediatric pharmaceutical care in collaboration with clinical colleagues.
You will develop medicines information, lead on clinics such as PIL School, train staff, manage incidents, and contribute to digital systems to improve prescribing safety.
