You will be responsible for supporting the development, configuration, testing, and ongoing management of the Electronic Prescribing (EP) System for Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT). Acting as a champion user of the system, you will provide critical helpdesk support and help train pharmacy, nursing, and prescribing staff. Additionally, your day-to-day activities will include participating in the dispensary, managing stock control, operating the chemotherapy desk, and counseling patients on their medication., The Electronic Prescribing Support Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for supporting the development, configuration, testing, and ongoing management of the Electronic Prescribing (EP) System for Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT). Working under the supervision of the Advanced Oncology Pharmacist Electronic Prescribing, you will support the ongoing management of the EP system. - NVQ3 or BTEC Cert. In Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent

This role is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician who is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and holds an NVQ3 or BTEC Cert. Previous experience in pharmacy services is essential, while background experience Wellsky dispensing systems, or electronic prescribing systems is highly desirable.
