Southend SEND Therapies is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead strategic, system-wide SEND developments. This non-caseload role focuses on universal OT approaches, inclusive classrooms and sensory-informed practice across schools and settings.
You will supervise a Specialist OT and OT Assistants, develop workforce training, and collaborate with education, NHS and local authority partners to shape and evaluate innovative OT-led pilots and capital projects.
