Protected admin time with PCN paramedics supports home visits. Limited documents through a streamlined workflow and experienced admin support. Prescriptions are shared fairly across the GP team. A total triage system is already embedded and working well. A team that actually feels like a team. Bi‑weekly morning huddles provide a space to catch up, share cases, and support each other. Monthly Lunch ensures restricted areas are secured.
Service Implementation understands legal and communication issues; contributes new ideas; ensures targets are met. Non‑Smoking Policy: Employees are not permitted to smoke or use e‑cigarettes on premises or when outside on official business.

- General understanding of the GMS contract, medicines management, Primary Care Networks
- Full GMC registration
