Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Senior Peer Facilitator to lead the peer workforce, champion lived experience, and support recovery-focused care across teams. You will provide visible leadership, assist in recruitment, training and supervision of peer facilitators, and help design the peer workforce agenda.
You will collaborate with clinical colleagues and service users, contribute to care plans, and help develop resources like a Library of Lived Experience.
