The Doncaster Community Team for Adult Mental Health is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering care across patients’ homes, care homes, and supported living environments in Doncaster.

You will assess occupational and vocational needs, provide individual and group OT interventions, supervise junior staff, and build links with statutory and voluntary sector resources to support safe transitions.
