Role Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives at Solent Grange Care Home.

Responsibilities
- Support residents and staff in their everyday lives.
- Lead and encourage development and growth within the team.
- Work alternate weekends and rotate between day and night 12‑hour shifts.
- Administer medications (trained).
