Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are looking to recruit Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Nurse Bank.
Responsibilities
- Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
- Carry out all relevant forms of care.
- Act in accordance with legal requirements, statutory rules relating to practice and all Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse‑in‑charge.
