You will deliver high-volume, low-intensity CBT-based self-management interventions, including guided self-help, in 1:1 and group formats, aligned with IAPT Step 2 guidelines.
You will assess referrals, provide psycho-educational support, record outcomes, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, effective care on release planning.
