This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme.
Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy.
We have an exciting opportunity for three post holders to support the transfer of the electronic patient records from ECR and Ri O to EMIS, supporting physical health services in the Central & West Network.
The post holders will be aligned to the Community administration hubs supporting working from sites including Clinics and Health Centres in Preston, Chorley & South Ribble localities.
They will be required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Digital and administrative service as directed by their administration line manager, to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
Responsibilities
- Support the transfer of the electronic patient records from ECR and Ri O to EMIS.
- Support physical health services in the Central & West Network.
- Align with Community administration hubs and work across sites including Clinics and Health Centres.
- Work flexibly in response to the needs of the Digital and administrative service as directed by your line manager.
- Contact patients by telephone; provide professional service to clinical teams.
- Work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Qualifications
- Good standard of education with qualifications in English, Maths and Word processing.
- Excellent computer skills to support teams transitioning to a new patient administration system.
- General administration experience to provide a professional service to the clinical teams.
- Administrative qualification at NVQ Level 2/RSA 2 or equivalent experience.
- GCSE English Language A-C.
