Cardiff and Vale University Health Board seeks a dedicated professional to lead the Clinical Research Facility's PPIE and EDI strategies for 2026–2029.

You will be the main liaison for researchers and CRF staff, organising training, coordinating public involvement, and promoting inclusive participation across projects.

You will monitor outcomes, report on progress to the CRF management team and NIHR, and work with Communications and EDI teams to engage seldom‑heard communities.
