About the Service

Mildmay Oaks offers a wide range of clinical experience within a supportive and well-established service. They provide care across Low Secure Units (LSU), Locked Rehabilitation, and Bespoke Therapeutic Placements (BTPs), supporting adult male and female pateints with mild to moderate learning disabilities and/or autism. Each ward has a distinct clinical focus and therapeutic approach, offering exposure to diverse models of care and intervention. The service is well-connected by public transport, located on the FarnboroughBasingstoke line with direct access to Winchfield Station.

Role Overview

You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our patients' wellbeing, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans and undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
