We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Senior Care Assistant – Nights at Milton Court Care Home in Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and be aware of any changes impacting care plans.
  • Ensure new needs are met and maintain accurate written records.
  • Participate in person‑centred care planning, implement and monitor monthly evaluations.
  • Support residents with medication requirements.
  • Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors and health/social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns/complaints are escalated.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NVQ Level3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
  • Minimum2years' experience in a similar care environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Positive attitude toward supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
  • Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
  • DBS Disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare). Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
