Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner for the Prestwich Hospital Day Service. The role supports young people aged 12–18 for an 8-week program, with education access at Cloughside College and sessions run 4 days a week from 9am to 3pm.
You will work with a nurse/practitioner led team to help youths manage thoughts and feelings, while transitioning back to community and education.
