Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
  • Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to available services.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and data security.
  • Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
  • Process prescription requests.
  • Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.

Qualifications

  • Reception or customer‑care experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, e‑mail).
  • Willingness to work within processes and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
