An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised MDT Administrative Officer to join the Centre for Neurosciences at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This role sits within the Neurosciences Clinical Service Unit and plays a vital part in supporting multidisciplinary team (MDT) services across spinal surgery and neurosurgery. Based at Leeds General Infirmary, you will be central to ensuring MDT processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard., You will work closely with MDT Co-ordinators, clinicians and the wider administrative team to provide comprehensive clerical and data support, including MDT meeting administration, data entry and report production. We are looking for a motivated individual who is well organised, able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment, communicates effectively and takes pride in delivering a high-quality administrative service that directly supports patient care., The Centre for Neurosciences is a large, dynamic and supportive department delivering specialist services to patients across the region.   • Experience of providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment
  • The ability to organise and service MDT meetings, including minute taking and follow-up actions
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using IT systems, including databases, word processing and spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with a wide range of enquiries
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection and information governance
  • The ability to work flexibly, using your own initiative as well as contributing positively to a team
