The Group Digital Administrator plays a key role within the Business Services Department, providing essential administrative and clerical support to the Digital Technology Services (DTS) Directorate and the Leicestershire Health Informatics Service (LHIS). The post holder will help ensure the smooth and effective operation of IT services across both Trusts by managing day‐to‐day administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, and handling complex and sensitive queries with professionalism. This role is central to supporting efficient digital service delivery and maintaining strong communication across teams.

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Business Services Department.
  • Manage and respond to complex and sensitive queries and requests.
  • Support the DTS Directorate and LHIS Digital Team with routine administration, including tracking annual leave, sickness absence, and overtime claims.
  • Deliver general administrative tasks using bespoke IT systems and internal processes.
  • Ensure accurate record‐keeping and support effective departmental communication.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing documentation and minute taking.

This post is based at RCI, Haylock House, Kettering, with an expectation to work on-site at least three days per week. Part‐time arrangements will be considered, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
