Your job is to maintain a home our residents truly love living in.

You must have a minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities Creating a welcoming environment by keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors, and colleagues Room care with pride: dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents’ rooms to a high standard while using appropriate safety signage Working collaboratively with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards Making a difference through kindness by sharing a smile, conversation, or a moment of connection with residents during your day Benefits 30‑hour contract available Growing career opportunities with fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 About Agincare Agincare has been proudly supporting communities across the UK for 40 years.
