Active Care Group is seeking a Hospital Director to lead the mobilisation and operational launch of a flagship neuro and spinal rehabilitation hospital. You will own pre-opening through to long-term growth, shaping governance, culture and clinical service models.
You will build a multidisciplinary workforce from scratch, establish regulatory readiness with bodies like the CQC, secure partnerships with commissioners, and drive exceptional quality and financial performance in a world-class setting.
