Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join the District Nursing Team to visit patients in their own homes and provide clinical care, including wound care and phlebotomy. The role requires a DBS check and access to a car with a valid driving licence for Trust business.
Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop extended skills and participate in the Care Certificate and Band 3 development programme. Visa sponsorship is not available.
