The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

HMP Cardiff is a category B prison holding male adult prisoners on remand or those sentenced to less than two years. The men in our care are mainly drawn from the South East Wales region. The operational capacity is circa 800.

The Substance Misuse team are looking to appoint an experienced substance misuse nurse to deliver assessments, liaison, hold a caseload of men in treatment, and undertake general nursing duties. The post will be required to cover core working hours, 7 days a week. This post will also be required to work as part of the general nursing team and may be required to cover other duties if operational needs arise. This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the current post holder.
