Open Mental Health is seeking a Mental Health Crisis Worker to join its Crisis Safe Space provisions in Sedgemoor, Wells. The role supports individuals experiencing acute emotional distress, operating four nights per week from 5.30 to 11:00pm, in a safe, welcoming environment.

You will work within a recovery-oriented, psychologically informed framework, building relationships with service users and collaborating with partners to secure further support as needed.
