- Lead and manage the hospitals Estates and Facilities, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Catering, Reception and Administration teams.
- Ensure high-quality support services are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed budgets.
- Oversee building maintenance, health & safety, compliance, contractors and capital improvement projects.
- Lead, develop and motivate support services teams, while building strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Provide visible leadership across the site and contribute to the Hospital Senior Management Team and on-call rota.
Strong leadership and line management experience. - Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and working to tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple operational services effectively., Experience in a similar senior role within healthcare or hospitality.
- Senior management experience with responsibility for multiple teams.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Experience in project management and capital expenditure.
- Experience managing external contractors and suppliers
