The Swan Medical Group is rated Outstanding by the CQC and is seeking a long‑term Locum GP to provide 6 sessions per week, primarily based across our Liss surgeries in Hampshire.
The role involves looking after an established patient list.
We operate across five sites in Hampshire (Petersfield, Liss, Liphook) and work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that includes clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team.
About the Practice We are a successful GP training practice with two GP trainers, excellent QOF achievement, and a proactive Patient Participation Group.
Our clinicians are supported by an administrative team and benefit from being located within the South Downs National Park, offering easy access to London and the South Coast.
Responsibilities Provide 6 GP sessions per week, mainly at Liss surgeries.
Look after an established patient list.
