Job Title General Practitioner – Headley Drive Surgery Location Headley Drive Surgery Salary £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs.

As a GP, you will play a key role in providing clinical care, supporting practice quality improvement, and shaping the future of primary care through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery, including face‑to‑face and video consultations.
Conduct telephone triage, manage correspondence, review results, and sign prescriptions.
Participate in clinical governance activities and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Act as safeguarding lead and provide medical reports, home visits, and attend surgery meetings and on‑call duties (excluding out‑of‑hours).
Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop, review, and monitor the surgical action plan, covering list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, CQC standards, KPI targets, resource profile, and cost management.
Qualifications Current GMC registration and NHS performance list.
GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent).
Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, and experience with clinical coding.
Proficiency in clinical systems such as Systm One or EMISweb.
Commitment to delivering patient‑focused services and upholding the highest professional standards set by the GMC.
