You will provide internal administrative support to ensure smooth practice operations and an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities include handling correspondence, coding with the Amina system, patient liaison by phone, supporting prescription clerks, and aiding GPs and Care Navigation in processing e Consults within set timeframes.
