The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced nurse for the Osborn Centre in Fareham to undertake comprehensive assessments of individuals and families with complex health presentations within CAMHS. You will provide specialist nursing assessment, update care plans, and manage risks in collaboration with service users and carers.
You will supervise junior staff, adhere to NICE guidelines and Trust policies, and participate in development of CAMHS.
