Frailty SDEC (f-SDEC) is a service focussed on supporting frail older adults and aims to treat/manage their conditions within the service. The post holder will work alongside the frailty-SDEC MDT seeing frail older adults and aiming to treat/ manage their conditions within the f-SDEC. The postholder will also work with the wider Acute Frailty Unit, AMU, AHAH and Emergency department.
The postholder will work alongside a Geriatrician, experienced frailty nurses, resident doctors, Physician associates, ACPs and Acute therapy teams.
